Program Description
This month-long workshop includes 8 one-hour online sessions and visual / tactile projects to do after class.

Maximum of 10 students per class. Students are admitted only after parent / student interviews.
Goals
- Enhance conceptual understanding through use of the Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract Approach and other mathematical tools
- Apply concepts and skills learned in real world context
- Communicate their reasoning and connection through various mathematical tasks and activities
- Build confidence and foster interest in mathematics

INSTRUCTOR
Michelle Enriquez
Licensed Singapore Math Trainer and holds a Masters in Teaching in the Early Grades from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Teacher Mitch enjoys arts and crafts, storytelling, and teaching! She comes from a family of educators and has been teaching for over 20 years. She values the importance of the 4 C’s in education: Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Creativity, and Communication.
