Program Description
Writing is one thing but writing to create great web content is another thing completely. Writing for Digital Media is a workshop that explores what it means to come up with a compelling message for a profile, brand, or advocacy. In a social media culture that is constantly evolving, it is important to keep one's writing sharp and engaging.
Students meet once a week for 1.5 hours and do fun writing exercises to help hone their craft. The goal at the end of the course is to come up with content for any social media platform of their choosing (website, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) that is strong and well-executed.
