Through guided lessons, reading activities, writing exercises, discussions, and exposure to Filipino shows, movies, videos, and texts, students gradually become more confident in reading, writing, and understanding Filipino.

The program helps students strengthen vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and analytical thinking skills while preparing them for quizzes, projects, classroom participation, and entrance exam-type questions.

How much are your fees?

Our WIKA’Y GALING! GILAS online Filipino program is designed for Grades 7 to 12 students. The program runs for 5 months, with a monthly fee of Php 2,500 per month. We also offer special rates for quarterly or full payment for the 5-month program.

How many sessions?

Online group classes are held either twice a week (1-hour sessions) or once a week (2-hour session) via Zoom. On days without live classes, students are given guided activities such as reading exercises, writing tasks, vocabulary practice, and exposure to Filipino shows, movies, videos, and texts to reinforce classroom learning.

How many students per class?

Classes have a maximum of 13 students per class. Students are grouped with learners of similar age and Filipino proficiency level, making discussions, activities, and collaboration more engaging and relatable.

What are the available schedules?

Classes are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and until 4:00 PM on Saturdays. We will inform you of the proposed class schedule based on your preference and common availability with classmates in the same level after assessment.

How many months is the program? How quickly are they expected to learn Filipino?

WIKA’Y GALING! GILAS is a 5-month program designed to help students gradually strengthen their Filipino vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills. Completing the full program gives students enough time to build better study habits, improve analytical thinking, and gain confidence in handling Filipino subjects and entrance exam-type materials. Progress may vary depending on the student’s participation, consistency, and openness to learning the language.
